What data do we collect?
MoJoU collects data to operate effectively and provide you the best experiences. You provide some of this data directly, such as when you submit an email request or you contact us for support. Data is also collected from you in contracts, voice mails paper format and other electronic formats. We only collect and retain what is needed as as part of your consent in relation to a project. A project is defined as an active piece of work that supports you towards becoming GDPR compliant. We do not keep any unnecessary data beyond that which is required and for time it is needed. Any data beyond that date is either returned or destroyed.
Data is also collected where it is available in the public domain, Linkedin or via your website as an example. Again we only store what is needed within the required time frame. We do not seek consent to store that data unless is falls under article 9, is about a minor for example. Wherever we collect data for reasons other than the use it was consented upon, additional consent will be sought from you.
How We Use Personal Data?
MoJoU uses the data we collect to provide you the services we offer, which includes using data to improve and personalize your experiences. We also may use the data to communicate with you, for example, informing you about your contract and our commitments therein to fulfill the functions set out. However, we do not use what you say in email, chat, video calls or voice mail, or your documents, photos or other personal files to target marketing at you, nor do we share data with any third party without your prior informed or explicit consent.
Reasons we may Share Personal Data?
We only share your data where we are completing a project with you, or conducting research for and on behalf of you as part of your GDPR compliance or that of a third party you represent. In that case we may require consent from them to do so. We will never share your data with any party without your consent. Moreover, we never share your data with anyone other than for the explicit purposes laid down by us mutually.
